There are many of us whose lives were touched by Anne. Those who worked with her, who walked dogs with her and who shared good food and drink with her. In the last months of her life St Elizabeth Hospice provided support and services which helped her journey.
Jane Cook, beloved wife of Charles and mother of Holly and Louis, died at St.Elizabeth's on March 13, 2014. Pam was very much a family person and her whole life revolved around her children and grandchildren. She was very much at home in her house and garden and even when she became too ill to move around she still liked to watch the birds in her garden.
